LETTER TO THE GUARDIAN: By now it comes with little surprise to say that the budget was yet another disappointing. The opportunity to assure the red wall constituents that their continual political commitment and daily hard work is worth it - and that those with wealth would pay - was lost. The company barons and MPs with wealth who have the system stitched up continue to scratch each others backs whilst the economy and democracy suffers. We need wealth tax reform, constitutional reform and a citizens assembly on economic inequality. This is not our view, but that of established People Power constituency panels across the country. The time for change is now.
